How to Apply

Before beginning your application, read through the eligibility and application criteria to ensure your project fits with program requirements. If it does, fill out the application form, work plan, budget and all required attachments, and submit by the appropriate date for the grant period in which you are applying.

Successful applicants will be contacted and asked to sign a Contribution Agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the grant.

Applications must be submitted by mail or courier and postmarked by February 28 for the Spring grant period and August 31 for the Fall.
