For seven years running, Michael Stadtländer, one of the most accomplished and respected chefs in the world, has created a sumptuous menu for the Earth Day Canada Gala.

Chef Stadtländer is back to oversee a menu that will offer some of the best local, organic food available in Ontario. We’re pretty sure our strolling menu won’t be tasty, it’ll be utterly fantastic!
