For six years running, Michael Stadtländer, one of the most accomplished and respected chefs in the world, has created a sumptuous menu for the EDC Gala. And for the past six years, there hasn’t been a morsel of food left over. Coincidence? We think not.
Michael is back to oversee a menu that will offer some of the best local, organic food available in Ontario. We’re pretty sure our strolling menu won’t be tasty, it’ll be utterly fantastic!
