Limit — 1 submission per filmmaker
Films must be
- Canadian
- 90 seconds (exactly!)
- NTSC Standard (4:3) or Widescreen (16:9) format
- 30 fps, deinterlaced if possible
- Silent (no audio but subtitles can be used)
- One of the Accepted Codecs: Windows Media 8 or 9, divx, xvid, Quicktime H.264 or Sorenson 3
- Flash .swf files, accompanied by the working .fla file
Filmmaker’s name, optional secondary name, the title of the film and its category will appear beside the film at all times, so it’s unnecessary to include them in your 90 second film/video.
Snail mail or courier your movie file on a CD or data DVD, along with a printed submission form [345KB PDF] to:
